Sound Healing

Sound Healing is a restorative practice that uses therapeutic sound and vibration to recalibrate the nervous system. During a session, instruments like singing bowls and gongs create vibrational frequencies that bathe the body, naturally slowing down brainwaves and guiding you into a deep state of relaxation and peace. This helps you release physical tension, clear energetic blockages, and restore the body’s innate sense of harmony and balance.

Mantra is the ancient art of using sound as a tool for the mind. This practice helps to override mental noise, deepen concentration, and bring the body and mind into a state of coherent, peaceful rhythm.
